Program Description
The Burkes Works LLC messaging program sends service and optional promotional communications to customers who expressly opt in through our quote form or another documented method.
Opt-In Consent
By checking the separate SMS consent box and submitting your mobile number, you provide express consent to receive texts from Burkes Works LLC. The box is never pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 years of age or older.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project, up to 10 messages per month. Messages are ordinarily sent between 8AM and 8PM local time.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and messages you send us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may also email help@burkesworksllc.com or call (724) 612-6268. We may send one final confirmation text; no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers
The program is supported by AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and other major and regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability depends on your carrier and coverage.
Privacy
We protect SMS opt-in data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile information or share text messaging originator opt-in data and consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Content of Messages
Messages may include quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, installation and service updates, occasional promotional offers, and seasonal programming reminders.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in or use the messaging program.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burkes Works LLC is not responsible for delayed, failed or misdirected messages, service interruptions or actions taken in reliance on a message. Wireless service is outside our control.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these SMS Terms to reflect program, carrier or legal changes. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
