Burkes Works LLC designs, sells, installs, programs, services and expands permanent LED lighting systems for residential and commercial properties. Quotes and project scopes may vary by property conditions and customer selections.
User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and property information, maintain safe access to the work area and disclose relevant conditions. You are responsible for obtaining HOA approval and complying with borough, municipal and other local lighting rules unless a written agreement expressly assigns that responsibility to Burkes Works LLC.
Payment Terms
Pricing, deposits, payment milestones and accepted payment methods are stated in the written quote or service agreement. Approved changes may change the final price. Past-due balances may be subject to lawful collection costs.
Intellectual Property
The Burkes Works name, site content, designs, photographs and other materials are owned by Burkes Works LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burkes Works LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from a service will not exceed the amount paid for that service, except where law does not permit such a limit.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for any written workmanship warranty provided with your installation and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, services and this website are provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Burkes Works LLC and its members, employees and agents harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the website, inaccurate information, violation of these Terms or violation of another person's rights.
Termination
